Job Description

Role SummaryResponsible for identifying international buyers/suppliers, managing export documentation, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth end-to-end trade operations across global markets.Key Responsibilities- Generate new domestic business leads through calls, emails, and trade platforms (Indiamart, TradeIndia).- Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing, and negotiation with domestic clients.- Coordinate export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and LC requirements.- Follow up with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for shipment updates.- Track currency trends, shipment timelines, and customer requirements.- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline trackers.- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation accuracy.Required Skills- Knowledge of export documentation- Strong communication & email drafting- Basic understanding of INCOTERMS- Client handling & follow-ups- Lead generation- MS Excel & CRM usageQualifications- Graduate (BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc. preferred)- 1-2 years in Import-Export SalesKPIs- Monthly lead generation- Conversion ratio- Revenue from international clients- On-time documentation accuracy (ref:updazz.com)
