We've doubled our revenue in the past year and are now hiring our first dedicated sales executive to drive customer acquisition and expand our market presence.Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with 4-5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS/IT/HR tech). This is a unique opportunity to be the first sales hire, working closely with the Founder and reporting directly to him. You will focus on lead generation, client outreach, and deal closures to meet defined sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.- Work closely with the Founder to shape sales strategy and execution.Requirements:- 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B software/IT sales.- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.- Based in Chennai; fluency in English & Hindi is a must.
