JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview
The executive will provide backend support to the Sales team for carbon steel products. The role focuses on documentation, coordination with internal departments, data management, lead generation, customer onboarding support and ensuring smooth execution of the sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team in collecting customer documents, Purchase Orders, creating Sales Orders in SAP and maintaining accurate records.
Update CRM and track inquiries, order pipelines, dispatch schedules, and delivery confirmation.
Act as the central coordination point between sales, PPC, finance, logistics and other cross-department teams.
Follow up on documentation, including invoice details and payment status.
Prepare MOMs, reports, and assist the sales team in preparing presentations, compiling market updates and insights.
Handle the end-to-end customer registration/onboarding process and documentation, and maintain the customer repository.
Assist the sales team in lead generation and business development for carbon steel products.
Follow up on leads, generate inquiries, and work closely with senior sales managers.
Update and maintain the sales funnel and track conversions.
Skills RequiredBasic understanding of sales processes, SAP and AI tools.
Strong data handling skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
High learning agility and adaptability.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
