Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients to understand business challenges and propose consulting solutions.
Collaborate with internal consulting teams to customize pitches and proposals that align with client needs.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, etc.) to drive repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information using CRM tools and prepare regular reports for management.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0-4 years of field sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services or consulting
Strong understanding of business operations and consulting services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
