Job Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable footwear- Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers- Achieve individual and store sales targets- Handle billing and POS transactions- Maintain product displays and store visual standards- Ensure stock availability and assist in inventory checks- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience- Maintain cleanliness and brand presentation on the shop floorRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred- Good communication skills in local language and basic English- Customer-oriented with a sales mindset- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays- Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatoryPreferred Candidate Profile:- Freshers looking to start a career in retail sales are welcome- 0-2 years experience in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle retail preferred- Energetic, well-groomed, and confident (ref:updazz.com)
