Job Title: Business Executive - OTC Sales Location: Bathinda Punjab, -Bandra- Mumbai , Ajmer-RajasthanDepartment: Sales & Marketing - OTC Division Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive to lead our OTC sales operations in the assigned region. The BE will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing a field sales team, and expanding Hamdard's OTC footprint across retail, modern trade, and pharmacy channels. Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual OTC sales targets are met or exceeded. Territory Management: Cover a defined geographical area effectively, ensuring product availability. Retailer Engagement: Visit pharmacies, supermarkets, and general stores to promote and sell products Product Detailing: Explain product benefits, usage, and unique selling points to retailers and end-users. Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure that products are well displayed in retail outlets (eye-level placement, posters, banners, etc.). In-Store Promotions: Organize and support promotional activities, such as product demos and sampling. Retailer Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback on products, pricing, and promotions to inform business strategy. Key Requirements: - Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred. - Experience: 3 years of experience in FMCG/OTC/Pharma sales with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. - Proven experience in managing a multi-state/regional territory and handling OTC or FMCG portfolios. - Strong team leadership, distribution management, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. - Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
