B2B sales within the pesticides or agrochemicals industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with distributors, agri-input dealers, large farms, and institutional buyers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for our pesticide products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective
B2B sales strategies
to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
Identify and engage new business opportunities with
distributors, agro-dealers, cooperatives, large farms
, and agri-retail chains.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
customer relationships
and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct
product presentations
, demos, and technical discussions with clients to promote product benefits.
Provide
market feedback
on pricing, competition, and customer requirements to the product and marketing teams.
Collaborate with
field agronomists
, technical staff, and support teams to address client queries and after-sales support.
Ensure timely
order processing, collections
, and
account management
.
Participate in
industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions
to enhance market presence.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agri-Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2-5 years
of proven B2B sales experience in the
pesticides or agrochemicals
industry.
Strong knowledge of
crop protection products
, pest management, and agricultural practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and regions.
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms for reporting and client management.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
