Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Sales _
1. To touch base with customers ( brands) , identify their requirements and expand the product portfolio in co-ordination with R &D team .
2. Expand the customer base by adding new customers & expanding product portfolio
3. Ensure win -win pricing with customers
4. Focus on Customer satisfaction & delight
2) Strategy _
1. Make annual sales plan - Customer wise , product wise
2. Drive business growth
3. Develop stragety to ensure consistent results & growth
4. Develop competition strategy to manage threats .
3) Operational _
1. Daily reporting with day's progress .
2. Good co-ordination with cross functional teams for the smooth team working & good results
