Teleperformance connects the biggest and most respected brands on the planet with their customers by providing customer care, technical support, customer acquisition, digital solutions, analytics, back-office and other specialized services to ensure consistently positive customer interactions.The JobYour Responsibilities will include:- Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.- All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.- Establishing strong best practices and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.- Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.Ideal CandidateSkills Required:- You are a Graduate or HSC with minimum of 6 month Sales experience /BPO- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multitask effectively.- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams (ref:updazz.com)
