Required Skills:- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are crucial. - Sales: Proven ability to generate leads, convert them into customers, and cross-sell products. - Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. - Time Management: Strong time management skills to manage workload effectively. - Leadership (if applicable): If managing a team, strong leadership and people management skills are required.
