This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Tendering Executive (Electrical Projects) located in Bangalore. The Sales & Tendering Executive will be responsible for preparing and managing tender submissions, conducting market research, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project deliverables. The role will also involve following up with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.

Tendering and Bidding skills
Sales and Business Development skills
Market Research and Analysis skills
Customer Relationship Management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
