Job Title: Sales Executive (Aluminum Formwork Systems)Locations:- Delhi NCR - 2 Positions- Pune - 2 Positions- Mumbai - 2 Positions- Punjab - 1 PositionKey Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, site visits, and cold calling.- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase the benefits of aluminum formwork systems.- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions for their projects.- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms and contracts with clients.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the management team.- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the aluminium formwork and construction industries.- Collaborate with the internal team (design, engineering, production) to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.Key Requirements:- Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction equipment or aluminum formwork industry.Skills:- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- In-depth knowledge of aluminium formwork systems and construction processes.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Other Requirements:- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.- Valid driver's license (if applicable).If you are a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and construction, we would love to hear from you.
