Roles & Responsibilities:- Sales Generation: Drive sales by identifying and engaging potential customers within the aerospace industry, focusing on consumables, parts, and related products.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and identify sales opportunities in the aerospace sector.- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present product offerings to clients, addressing their needs, and negotiating pricing and terms to close sales.- Order Processing: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer inquiry to order placement, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aerospace consumables, parts, and industry standards to effectively communicate product value to customers.- Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, revenue generation, and performance metrics. Maintain CRM data and provide regular reports to management.- Compliance: Ensure compliance with AS9120 standards, ensuring that sales processes adhere to industry regulations and quality assurance procedures.- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding product, quality and service, and collaborate with relevant teams to improve offerings.Experience:- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in sales/ Purchase/ Quality with a focus on Aerospace consumables, engineering products, or related industries.- Experience working in an AS9100/ AS9120 certified environment is a plus.
