Coordinate with field sales staff (Medical Representatives, Area Managers, etc.) for daily activities.
2. Data Management & Reporting
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly working reports (region-wise, product-wise, etc.).
Keeping track of Planned & Executed Camps in Field and their outcomes. Camp reports generation from Reporting software.
Analyze field working and prepare performance reports for management.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Manage documentation related to Sales Staff.
4. Sample & Promotional Material Management
Track inventory and distribution of physician samples and promotional materials and sample allocation to the Field staff accordingly.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch of Saleable packs to customers from Plant.

Experience:
1-2 years of experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. (Preferably male candidate)
