Major Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving the company's sales goals.- Locate opportunities to expand client base.- Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company.- Works to foster lasting relationships with client base.- Accomplish specific monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals.- Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.- Managing & Leading Sales.- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required- Presents information regarding clients and sales at company meetings.- Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services.- Attend Exhibitions & Conferences.- Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.- Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.- Conducts independent research into target consumer base.- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
