Job Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveDepartment: SalesReporting To: Sales ManagerRole Overview:We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role you will manage the sales process from lead generation through closing deals, using phone, email and online channels. You will identify and qualify prospects, present our solutions, negotiate terms and achieve sales targets. You will also maintain accurate records in our CRM and collaborate with marketing and operations to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential customers through outbound calls, email outreach and online research.- Handle incoming enquiries, understand customer requirements and propose solutions.- Conduct presentations or demos of our products/services and explain benefits.- Negotiate pricing and terms, work toward deal closure and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.- Maintain and update the CRM with all lead, contact, opportunity and deal information.- Monitor sales pipeline, provide regular sales reports and forecasts.- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.- Work closely with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are addressed and to provide feedback on market trends and competition.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry developments and competitive offerings.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred).- 1-3 years of inside sales, telesales, lead generation or related experience (especially B2B) is an advantage.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and outreach emails in a target-driven environment.- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate data.- Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking skills.- Ability to understand customer needs, match solutions and negotiate effectively.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.What We Offer:- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.- Clear career growth path in sales.- Training and support in sales techniques, product knowledge and CRM usage.- A collaborative work environment where you can make an impact and grow your career.
