The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance, loan, or financial product sales and be motivated to achieve aggressive sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Actively generate sales leads through various channels and methods.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.Product Knowledge: Clearly articulate and present the features and benefits of insurance/financial products to potential clients.Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Insurance, Loan, or Financial Sales is mandatory.- Preference will be given to candidates with prior Health Insurance sales experience.Education : Graduate from a recognized university.Language Skills : Proficiency in Hindi is required, along with basic English communication skills.Communication : Must possess good overall communication skills suitable for a sales role.Location : Willingness to work from Noida Sector - 63.
