: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Experience Required: 1 to 3 years. Key Responsibilities:
Work with hiring managers to understand what they need in new hires.
Find potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
Check references and background information.
Manage our applicant tracking system.
Make job offers and negotiate terms.
Help new hires get started with us.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Comfortable with using recruitment tools.
Great communication and people skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Team player with a professional attitude.
