Key Responsibilities

Work Permit & Compliance

Issue and monitor work permits to ensure all tasks are executed safely and as per protocol. Conduct daily walkaround inspections across shop floors.

Safety Training & Awareness

Participate in toolbox talks across departments. Conduct daily/weekly safety awareness sessions and coordinate training as per the annual calendar.

Safety Audits & Meetings

Perform weekly/monthly safety audits and follow up on audit closures. Participate in monthly Safety Committee meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

Safety Equipment Management

Inspect fire extinguishers and fire alarms monthly. Maintain checklists for lifting tools & tackles (bi-monthly review).

PPE Management

Distribute PPE (helmets, safety shoes, uniforms) and maintain stock records. Inspect PPE quality and coordinate sample testing.

Incident & Emergency Handling

Support incident & accident reporting and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate medical support for accident victims and follow up with hospitals.

Hazardous Waste & Housekeeping

Ensure compliance with hazardous waste disposal (every 3 months). Support housekeeping and 5S implementation in assigned zones.

Documentation & Customer Audits

Prepare safety presentations and documentation. Assist with customer safety audits and plant visit inspections. Maintain waste disposal records, delivery challans, and e-waybills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
