Job Title: ICPMS & HPLC

Location: Indore Madhya Pradesh

Department: Quality Control / Analytical Laboratory

Reports to: Lab Manager / Quality Head

Experience Required: 1-5 years (or as applicable)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Analytical Chemist with hands-on expertise in ICPMS and HPLC to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced analytical testing, maintaining compliance with ISO 17025:2017 standards, and ensuring the integrity of laboratory documentation and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instrument Operation & Maintenance:

Independently operate and troubleshoot ICP-MS and HPLC instruments.

Ensure regular calibration, intermediate checks, and maintenance of instruments as per SOPs.

Monitor and analyse control charts, address deviations, and ensure instrument MOU is up to date.

2. Standard Preparation & Testing:

Accurately prepare and validate laboratory standards and reagents.

Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples using approved methods.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), STPs (Standard Testing Procedures), MVP (Method Validation Protocols), and MVR (Method Validation Reports).

Ensure meticulous record-keeping of test results, equipment logs, and calibration reports as per ISO 17025:2017 guidelines.

4. Method Development, Validation & Verification:

Conduct method validation and verification for new or modified analytical methods.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements during method development.

5. Quality Control & Assurance:

Participate in Proficiency Testing (PT), Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC), and Internal Quality Control (IQC) exercises.

Implement corrective actions based on performance results and audit findings.

6. ISO 17025:2017 Implementation:

Demonstrate sound knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 standards and contribute to continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Support audits, non-conformance investigations, and quality reviews.

Skills & Competencies:

In-depth understanding of ICP-MS and HPLC instrumentation.

Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles.

Proficient in method validation and regulatory documentation.

Familiar with quality control tools, statistical analysis, and control charts.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in laboratory software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
