Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Executive - Returns

to manage and streamline the daily operations of customer returns and exchanges. This role requires coordination across customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions, accurate tracking, and an exceptional post-purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and process return and exchange requests from customers and marketplaces. Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for return pickups and status tracking. Inspect and verify returned products in line with company guidelines and turnaround times. Maintain accurate records of returns, refunds, and replacements in the system/ERP. Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams for processing returned goods. Prepare daily/weekly reports on return volumes, reasons, and resolutions. Support the customer service team in resolving return-related queries and escalations. Identify and report recurring issues or return trends to the Returns Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any stream (Operations, Commerce, or Supply Chain preferred). 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, returns management, or customer support. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
