The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of dealer, distributor, and retail networks. The role demands strong experience in retail/channel sales within the building materials or architectural hardware industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and manage retail network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities at retail counters. Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, and contractors. Monitor secondary sales and ensure product availability at all retail points. Regularly track competitor activities and market trends. Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies. Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer requirements.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum

3 years of experience in retail/channel sales

in building materials, hardware, or related industries. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
