Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Executive to support the formulation and development of innovative personal care products, including skin care, hair care, and hygiene products. The ideal candidate will assist in lab trials, documentation, and regulatory compliance, and support third-party brand clients in developing high-quality and compliant formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and modifying formulations for skin care, hair care, hygiene, and other personal care products. Conduct lab-scale batches and stability studies. Assist in sourcing and evaluating new raw materials in coordination with suppliers. Maintain and update formulation records, batch records, and R&D documentation. Coordinate with production, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth product transfer from lab to manufacturing. Support product benchmarking and comparative analysis with market samples. Handle sample preparation for internal and client approvals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., BIS, FDA, GMP) and client specifications. Keep updated on industry trends, ingredients, and innovations in the personal care segment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field. 1- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a third-party manufacturing setup for personal care products

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of cosmetic formulation techniques and ingredients. Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements in the personal care industry. Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
