Job Profile- R&D Specialist (Formulations and Production)

Location- Noida, Sector 85

Working Days- 6 Days

As a R&D Specialist focusing on formulations and production, you will play a crucial role in the research, development, and production of Vedic cosmeceutical products. Emphasizing quality, innovation, and adherence to Vedic principles, you will contribute to the success of our unique product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Formulation Development:

Assist in the formulation development process by incorporating Vedic principles and natural ingredients into cosmeceutical products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective, safe, aesthetically pleasing formulations.

Production Batch Handling:

Support the production scale-up of formulated products, ensuring a smooth transition from lab-scale to commercial production. Work with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and address any issues.

Stability Assessments:

Assist in conducting stability studies to evaluate formulated products' shelf-life, efficacy, and safety. Help implement protocols to monitor and assess stability throughout the product lifecycle.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of formulations, production processes, and stability studies. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal audits.

Research Collaboration:

Engage with external experts, herbalists, and research partners to enhance the authenticity and efficacy of Vedic cosmeceutical formulations.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmeceutical or skincare industry Basic understanding of formulating cosmeceutical products, with a focus on natural ingredients Some hands-on experience with production batches or lab work Familiarity with stability assessment protocols and industry standards Awareness of regulatory requirements for cosmeceutical product development Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
