Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Relationship Manager to join our team in Kottayam,Kochi and Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI or Life Insurance industry and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Drive sales and achieve targets for insurance products and financial services.
Provide expert advice on suitable financial products based on client needs.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Ensure excellent post-sales service and support to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams for lead generation and operational support.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI or Life Insurance sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven sales and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
Maximum age: 32 years.
Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
