Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job offers, and facilitating a welcoming onboarding process that promotes retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Onboarding:
Coordinate pre-boarding activities (document collection, IT setup, etc.).
Conduct new hire orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and benefits.
Ensure new employees are properly enrolled in HR systems.
Partner with various departments (IT, Admin, Finance) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
General HR Support:
Maintain up-to-date recruitment and onboarding documentation.
Generate and analyze recruitment and onboarding metrics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding roles.
Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with employer branding and social recruiting.
Familiarity with onboarding tools and e-learning platforms.
Understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
