We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Executive Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and IT skills, as well as a proven track record in talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet our company's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent acquisition: Proactively source, attract, and recruit top IT talent using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
Candidate evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, and evaluate candidate's technical skills, cultural fit, and overall potential.
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and team leads to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies.
Pipeline management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.
Employer branding: Actively promote the company's employer brand by creating positive candidate experiences and participating in networking events and tech community engagements.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
