Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you'll be a key part of a centralized hiring team that supports hiring across India. You'll source, engage, and deliver top talent in record time while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and data-first recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in hiring intake calls with Hiring Lead to understand role requirements and validate job descriptions
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, walk-in drives, and internal databases
Screening & Candidate EngagementConduct structured screening calls using standardized pitch decks Share role briefs and JD via official communication templates Maintain and update candidate details on ATS with complete tagging
Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews based on Monthly Panel Plans Ensure interview confirmation, assessment sheet management, and panel coordination
Post-Interview & Offer SupportFollow up on interviewer feedback Coordinate pre-offer documentation Ensure timely rejection communication and offer follow-through * Keep selected candidates engaged until joining through regular touchpoints
