Conduct regular field visits to follow up on overdue customers and ensure recovery of outstanding loan amounts.
Maintain proper records of daily collections and update reports to the branch or regional office.
Educate customers on repayment schedules and financial discipline.
Negotiate and resolve repayment issues with delinquent borrowers in a professional manner.
Coordinate with field officers, branch heads, and area managers for recovery planning and monitoring.
Identify potential defaulters early and take preventive measures to avoid delinquency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and RBI/FI regulatory guidelines.
Support legal and collection teams in case of escalated or hard recovery cases.
Submit periodic MIS reports and recovery performance updates.
Promote customer relationships and community goodwill to maintain a positive organizational image.
