The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property features, and scheduling site visits. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and basic real estate knowledge to convert inquiries into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential leads/customers from the provided database and generate interest in real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location benefits, and other features.
Schedule site visits and follow up regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain a record of client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth lead management.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries professionally.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries promptly.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, and/or local language.
Confidence and enthusiasm on calls.
Target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any stream.
0-3 years of experience in telesales, real estate, or customer support.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
