We are pleased to announce the following career opportunity at our organization:

Executive/Officer - R&D

Department:

Research & Development (Homecare Portfolio)

Location:

Puducherry / Pondicherry

Qualification:

M.Sc. in Chemistry or MTech in Oils / Oleochemicals

Experience:

2-6 years in FMCG formulation (Freshers may be considered for Officer role)

Key Responsibilities

Develop FMCG Homecare products (detergent powder, liquids, dishwash, etc.) independently (lab/pilot/plant scale). Liaise with marketing, manufacturing, packaging, QA, and legal for project execution. Provide technical support and conduct product trials/stabilization at own/3P units across India. Conduct vendor audits and evaluate lab/pilot/plant batches. Perform stability studies for new/existing products and analyze data. Ensure lab safety and inventory management. Prepare specifications, test methods, and standard technical documents.

Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge in FMCG formulations (preferably Homecare). Analytical mindset with good documentation skills. Willingness to travel for product trials and factory support. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
