Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Job Experience:
This position requires min 4 yrs. of R&D field experience specially in B2B, HoReCa market with in-depth working experience in Chef demonstration activities.
Prior exposure to the processed tomato industry (e.g., RTC gravies, sauces & Pizza sauces, tomato puree, paste, ketchups etc.) is must.
Job Responsibilities:
Develops RTE and RTC products (new sauces, gravies etc) as per customer requirement.
Visiting to customers ,understand their requirements and co-ordinate with R&D team for developing the products.
Conducts new ingredient and food product research.
Expert in sensory. Perform sensory evaluation and educate sales team members on the same.
Performs physical and chemical analyses on ingredients and/or food products.
Studies methods to improve quality of foods such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods.
