What you'll be doing:

Enforce workplace safety and strict adherence to EHS norms and PPE requirements. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company quality standards, and SOPs. Verify conformity to product specifications and critical quality attributes. Plan and execute testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods; ensure complete and accurate data recording. Analyze test results, report findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct process audits and close findings to improve compliance and performance. Facilitate analysis and coordinate process/system improvement projects across functions. Coordinate and conduct product changeovers with the production team to ensure quality readiness. Lead benchmarking facilitation and analysis to identify best practices and performance gaps. Monitor process performance; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement action plans; verify effectiveness. Handle customer complaints; lead investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Issue test certificates accurately and on time. Prepare concise, data-driven reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure calibration schedules and metrological traceability. Implement and sustain 5S practices within the laboratory. Develop team capabilities and deliver trainings on safety, SOPs, and quality tools. Manage all laboratory activities, including scheduling, resources, documentation, and housekeeping. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. Maintain awareness of and compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and standards.

Graduate Degree or equivalent/relevant work experience. Clear passion for strong understanding of Quality Work. Experience in Quality Manufacturing Organization preferably MNC (preferred industries - Construction & Building material industry).
