Purpose of the Job

:

Circulating daily MIS for defined quality indicators COP compliance management SPC charts monitoring Conduct capability study & ensure capability improvement plan for defined CTQ parameters Closure of Process audit findings Circulating traceability audit report to all concerned Follow process checks for each size change in building & curing process Co-ordination with Production/ Technology/ Engineering departments to sustain Quality requirements. Ensure non-conforming product management through AMES. Compliance to FTC plan

Basic Knowledge :

Basic knowledge of Cure Tyre and Component parts Knowledge of Tyre building, curing, final finish, tyre inspection process Internal customer requirements MSA & SPC

Skills

: QMS, Quality Standards, SPC, QC tools ,Control plan, CSR , KAIZEN , QCC & Traceability

Relevant Experience

: 6 -8 years

Education Qualification(s)

: BE/BTech
