Responsible for quality control activities with respect to compilation of incoming, IPQC & final release reports. Maintenance of good housekeeping, Safety and correct use of computers. Maintenance of Incoming, IPQC & FG testing results data in SAP. Preparation of QC SOPs and give suggestions to improve system performance. Compiling data and records for statistical study of QC functions. Compiling & review BMR records and timely submitting it to QA. Responsible to support and implementing ISO 13485 standards. Responsible to support and implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, processes and procedures that improves the Occupational Health and Safety of the employees and other interested parties in according to ISO 45001 Responsible to support and implementation of Environment management systems, processes and procedures in accordance with ISO 14001 Maintenance of Quality records in SAP and proper documentation Make optimal utilization of resources within the given environment and work. Collect and perform trend analysis of QC data for critical processes. To support & co-ordinate with all Qc personnel for compilation QC report Well versed in Microsoft Office and record maintenance. Good communication & Interpersonal skills to interact with QC & QA in order to co-ordinate the activities. Able to learn & apply technical skills, customer orientation and able to work in teams. Train and develop multi-skill among QC members. Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines. Able to read & understand Engineering drawing. To work for lab readiness for audit and leading continual improvement projects in QC process. To ensure that all activities followed in accordance with the SOP. To ensure the calibration of analytical instruments. Able to use the test Equipments like Universal Tensile machine and Instruments like Digital and analog type Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Steel rule, Microscope, Comparator lens and Dial gauges. To raise and implement change control or document change request wherever necessary. To perform chemical analysis. To plan and complete the Test requisition for material testing. Troubleshoot the testing error and maintenance of testing instruments with compliance. Strong Knowledge on medical devices manufacturing, Quality control standards, methodologies, GMP, GDP and 5s. Good communication & Interpersonal skills to interact with various functions in order to coordinate the activities. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High commitment.
