Inspect and test incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of products as per SOPs.
Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain HACCP records.
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and sanitation protocols are followed.
Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities.
Support root cause analysis and assist in implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain all QC records, test reports, and logs in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Calibrate and maintain lab instruments as per schedules.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams for quality-related matters
