The purpose of the Quality Assurance role is to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes, managing quality-related activities and documentation to support operational excellence in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle documentation related to QA activities such as global SOPs, specifications, and Process Data Sheets.
Prepare, monitor, and implement SOPs and formats applicable for the TP site.
Manage complaints, deviations, change control, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, change control, and deviations.
Facilitate external, customer, and regulatory audits.
Conduct training programs for site personnel on SOPs and applicable guidelines.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance (GMP, GDP).
Ability to conduct training and audits.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proficiency in handling documentation and ensuring compliance with client standards and Quality Agreements.
+ Ability to manage pest control, preventative maintenance, and cleaning effectively.
