Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in the food industry (preferably in QA/QC).
Key Responsibilities:
Testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Monitoring and recording in-process quality checks.
Calibration and verification of laboratory instruments.
Preparation and maintenance of quality documentation and records.
Implementation and monitoring of GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices.
Sampling of materials and products as per standard procedures.
Verification of production and cleaning records.
Preparation of COA, inspection reports, and test data summaries.
