Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our

Construction Chemicals division

at Navsari Plant as an

Executive - QA/NQC

. The role involves supporting quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and R&D guidelines. The candidate should have exposure to testing methodologies for construction chemical products and will work closely with the QA and R&D teams to maintain consistency, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products. Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC protocols for construction chemical products (tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, admixtures, etc.). Support R&D team in product trials, sample testing, and data analysis. Document and maintain test records, inspection reports, and calibration logs. Coordinate with production team to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve deviations. Report non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive actions. Maintain compliance with ISO, BIS, and other regulatory requirements.

Desired Qualification

M.Sc. (Chemistry) - specialization in construction chemicals / material science preferred.

Experience & Industry Background

0-1 year of experience

in QA/QC or R&D, preferably in

construction chemicals

. Freshers with internship or dissertation work in related fields may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of chemical testing methods and lab instruments. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Good coordination with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D). Safety and compliance-oriented mindset. MS Office proficiency; basic ERP knowledge preferred.
