Job Description

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure products and services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain certifications such as ISO 9001, and other applicable quality standards.

Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions:

Investigate quality issues and defects, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.

Training & Support:

Assist in training staff and production teams on quality standards and best practices. Provide guidance and support to other departments in understanding and adhering to quality requirements.

Customer Feedback:

Handle customer complaints related to product quality and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues. Analyze customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
