Must have basic knowledge of broughtout parts, like hardware & other consumables.
Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
Maintain detailed records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices & Payments.
Follow up with vendors for material.
Coordinate with store & other departments.
Must have 2-wheeler for local market research and buying.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Degree
Experience:
Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role (1-2 years).
Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be familiar with basic MS excel working.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively.
Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
