Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term collaboration.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
Ensure all procurement aligns with the company's budget and project requirements.
Inventory and Logistics Management:
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate with logistics teams for the timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and emerging suppliers.
Conduct regular cost analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
