Job Description

The role focuses on managing Financial Inclusion projects with public and private sector banks, ensuring timely execution and achievement of AEPS transaction targets. It involves close coordination with banking officials, appointment and training of Banking Correspondents at field locations, regular field visits, and operational oversight to ensure smooth program implementation across assigned districts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling Public as well as Public sector banks projects within given timeline.

- Managing relationships with banking officials for smooth program implementation and execution.

- Appointing banking correspondents at vacant locations.

- Regular field visits and timely training to BCs.

- In FI vertical have to manage AEPS Transactions and target achievement.

- Partner public & private sector banks ie SBI, BOB, BRKGB,CBI, PNB , HDFC bank, ICICI bank , Axis bank, INDUSIND bank.
