Role and Responsibilities

Design a scalable program model and ensure smooth field execution. Manage all LMS, cloud, console, and MDM systems (Azure, Halosys, Google Play Console, and Pika Pika
MDM).

Provide immediate resolution for android app and MDM-related issues reported from the field. Ensure data synchronization in the android app in coordination with the field team. Coordinate with vendors and the supply chain team to ensure timely renewal of MDM licenses. Conduct multi-level testing of new app updates or content, prepare bug reports, and follow up with
developer and academic teams for resolution.

Maintain essential reports including datasets, license renewals, device distribution, and device stock. Travel at least 10 days per month to program locations to observe sessions, collect feedback, and support
improvement planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Engineering, Technology, or a related

field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in STEM
education or related areas.

Passion for hands-on learning and
innovative STEM education.

Excellent communication skills in English,
Hindi, and at least one South Indian

language will be given preference

(Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).

Strong leadership, organizational, and
problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively across
India (10 days per month).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
