Job Description



Organizing, planning, coordination and administration of a program and backend related activities. Ensure operational excellence in the delivery. Maintaining and updating of program database on timely basis. Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met and the highest levels of service are offered to both internal and external stakeholders. Revise program goals and objectives to meet the changing needs of program participants. Manage communications through social media etc. Help build positive relations within the team and external parties. Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.) Process required activities within the given TAT. Support growth and program development. Analyses and evaluates the effectiveness of the program and develops new methods aimed at greater success. Work closely inter & intra departments with Board & other related organizations. Build productive and influential relations with key stakeholders(members).

May require working on evenings and weekends.

Need to travel as and when required.


Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree. Post - Graduate (Preferred MBA/ PGDM)
Experience Required 3- 4 years preferably from events/ program coordinator background. Postgraduates will be given preference.

Nature of Employment



On Contract basis for a period of Three year as full-time employment (Renewable thereafter based on the performance)

Annual CTC - Up-to Rs. 3-4 Lakhs approx.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
