1. B-TECH Mechanical Engineer/ Production Engineer: SAP system knowledge 2. Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment. 3. Preventive and breakdown maintenance. 4. Understanding of spare drawings, Problem-solving, and root cause analysis. 5. Leadership and team coordination ,Safety awareness

Manage the Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Ensure production targets are achieved on time. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and down teams. Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency. Good Knowledge of SAP Software/Excel. Reduce cycle time, waste, and machine downtime. Maintain product quality as per specifications. Identify defects and take corrective/preventive actions. Work on reducing production costs and improving productivity. Optimize resource utilization (material, manpower, machine). Participate in audits and implement corrective actions. Ensure workplace safety and adherence to ISO/5S standards. Implement lean manufacturing or Kaizen activities
