Title: Executive - Production

Years of Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Kheda (Plant)

Responsibilities

Responsible only for supervision of people and Production output. Must have good Knowledge of managing people and shop floor workers, work study, efficiency, optimal motivation of workers and output. Some knowledge of machines useful but people management is key skill needed. Maintain sustainability of accepted quality deliverance of manufacturing products. Coordinate with warehouse, Production and R&D on regular basis Reduce the cost of utility & Reduction in batch cycle time. Candidate should have exposure of Material Balance/Aware in material identification as well as property. Candidate should have exposure of physical Vs system Stock Verification. Process Control Ensure BMR is timely filled for the smooth conduct of the process & maintain records of the same.

Skills Required

Must have experience in Production Bulk Manufacturing section and detail knowledge of Personal Care & Color Cosmetics Products.

Must be from Personal Care & Color cosmetics Company

Should possess experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Production Co-Ordination. Should be aware of chemical properties related to Cosmetics/Colour Cosmetics/Personal care Products. Production Management and Shopfloor managemet. User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage or Working Knowledge in any ERP software. Good Interpersonal Skill GMP,5S and MIS knowledge and experience HMI / Scada basic operation skill

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
