Key responsibilities:

To handle all Production Equipment's like Granulation Equipment's, Capsule Filling Equipment's, Compression Equipment's and Coater. To check and verify cleaning and operation of Production Area equipment's, Instruments, Containers, and Accessories etc. as per their respective SOP and BMR To check and verify operation of Equipment's, Instruments, Containers, Accessories etc. as per their respective SOP and BMR. To fill and check all documents like BMR, Log book and other formats as per SOP. To upkeep and maintain the Area / Equipment as per cGMP requirement. To check and verify status label of Area, Equipment, Instrument, Material, Containers and Accessories as per SOP. To control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity. To take trial after Preventive Maintenance work of respective equipment. To check and verify Environment condition, pressure differential, Calibration of balance and other metrological instrument as per schedule time. To check and verify Handling of Material Management & all types of rejections as per GMP. To entry online data in SAP. To check storage, labelling of tools & spares /change parts, if any defect / problem observed, inform to senior. To perform and check in process checks and record in BMR and logbook.
