Plan and prepare daily PDI activity as per the approved customer documents and internal customer.
Overall responsibility for Co-ordination and planning activity with Cross function teams.
Preparation and active participation in NCC management activity.
Overall responsibility for Teamwork and co-ordination.
Knowledge of Pre-dispatch inspection and selection criteria.
Process study & SOP preparation & updation.
Handling month end test record analysis and progress reporting.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Practical knowledge on Lashing and choking of container.
Packaging of product in container.
We don't need superheroes, just super minds
Knowledge acquired in 3 -5 years in Quality Assurance/ Final Product Inspection
Diploma with 3 -5 years in Mechanical Engineering.



Technical Skills:



Inspection of Pre dispatch Inspection of final product /Sub assembly.
Extensive Experience in understanding and handling customer /supplier.
Inspection of incoming material as per drawing and customer specifications.
7QC tools and Basic six sigma knowledge for 8D/CAPA.
Outsourcing factory assembly knowledge.
GD & T practical knowledge about the component's topics



Key Skills:



Good business Communication with international stakeholder.
Expert level Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving misunderstandings
