Job Title: Product Marketing Associate Location: Mumbai, India Reports To: CEO Summary: As a Junior Product Marketing Associate, you will support our marketing efforts by creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and assisting in video editing. This role is ideal for a recent graduate from a prestigious college with a strong interest in product marketing and a knack for content creation. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of Marketing Strategies: - Implement marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall product and business goals. - Coordinate and manage the execution of go-to-market (GTM) activities for new product launches and feature updates. - Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign setup, execution, and optimization. 2. Content Development & Management: - Create and manage high-quality content, such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and social media updates. - Develop content calendars and work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all channels. 3. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking:- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital ads, and social media promotions. - Utilize marketing stack tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI. 4. Sales Enablement & Training:- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including product datasheets, presentations, and competitive battle cards. - Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure effective use of marketing materials and product knowledge. 5. Customer Engagement & Feedback: - Engage with customers through surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms to gather insights and inform marketing strategies. - Leverage customer testimonials and case studies to build credibility and support marketing initiatives. 6. Marketing Stack Management: - Utilize and manage various marketing tools and platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools like Canvaa etc.7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Partner with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment on product strategies. - Support cross-functional projects and contribute to overall marketing and product objectives.Skills: - Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace). - Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is preferred. - Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and analytics tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - 1+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing, preferably in the B2B space - Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Excellent writing and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bonus Qualifications: - Experience in the fintech industry - Experience with B2B lead generation and sales - Experience with marketing automation toolsQualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
